Eurotrade S.A., a leading manufacturer of pre-fabricated buildings and steel constructions, is currently seeking to employ a Production Administrative Assistant in its plant at Oinofyta to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks include but are not limited to:

• Acting as an administrative coordinator for the production data and systems needed for shift/daily/weekly/monthly communications, coordinate POR activities and other calendar activities as directed, generate miscellaneous reports – and – other tasks as defined by the Production Manager
• Providing full secretarial support to the Production Manager
• Providing back up to the other Administrative Assistants
• Coordinating of meetings, schedules, tasks, visits and functions
• Ensuring correctness in retention and organization of data
• Filing & archiving of all documents related to Production
• POR support (“plant operations review”, on demand) schedule, follow-up, plan
• Preparing monthly reports (for Manufacturing, Quality, Human Resources)
• Ensuring office efficiency and continuous improvement › PROMT project activity and support as appropriate
• Coordination of complaints, if needed

The Person We’re Looking For Needs To Have:

• Excellent English & Greek writing and oral skills
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet navigation skills
• Excellent skills in organizing and meeting deadlines
• Excellent time management even under stress conditions due to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential materia.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position, would be considered a plus
