ANFARM Hellas SA is looking for

Warehouse Administrator

for our site in Schimatari with accountability for overseeing the management of stock withing the organization. The role will report to Warehouse Supervisor.

Key accountabilities:

• Control of Goods in / Out
• Printing of packing sheets and obtaining all necessary documentation for dispatched shipments (invoices, packing lists, attestations, etc.)
• Record and archive of transfer/picking lists
• Customs issues (preparation of documents for the purpose of ensuring customs clearance, communication with a contractual customs agent)
• Support inventory processes

Applicants should possess the following skills and attributes:

• University Degree in Logistics/ Engineering /Mathematics.
• Minimum (3) years of proven experience in a similar position
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines with flexibility and ability to set priorities
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
• Experience in the use of ERP and WMS systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
