Engineering Supervisor

(The role reports to Engineering Manager and will be based in Schimatari Viotias)

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and lead the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to produce quality specs and optimize the factory cost
• Utilize preventive/predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtimes
• Ensure the safety of all associates by identifying safety issues and encourage safety culture amongst engineering employees
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures set by the company ensure the quality and safety of products within the set standards in the responsibility area
• Actively participates in the processes for upgrading production systems and ensures that these processes are maintained in his team with the ultimate goal of increasing productivity

Your Skills and Expertise:

• University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in industrial environment and preferable in maintenance / engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Familiar with Lean & TPM tools and technics
