Customer Experience Representative – Spain & Italy

Qualification & Experience:

• Excellent command of written & spoken Spanish Language. English Language is a prerequisite.
• Good knowledge of Italian language will be considered an asset.
• 2-5 years working experience as a customer service representative preferably in a Commercial organization.
• Experience of ERP system. Knowledge of SAP SD Module will be considered as a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.   
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Service existing accounts: Order Reception, Order Preparation and Delivery.
• Provide accurate and complete information to Customers through the whole process of Order Reception to Order Delivery.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Actively participate in the Sales Process by assisting External Sales Team to New Customer Acquisition. 
• Co-operates with Supply Chain Dpt and liaise where necessary the process internally and externally.
