MINERVA S.A. Edible Oils & Food Enterprises, one of the leading multinational FMCG companies in the Greek and International market, is looking for a:

Engineering Supervisor
(The role reports to Engineering Manager, Schimatari)

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and lead the daily activities of the maintenance team. 
• Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment in order to produce to quality specs and optimize the factory cost.
• Utilize preventive/predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtimes.  
• Ensure the safety of all associates by identifying safety issues and encourage safety culture amongst engineering employees.

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in industrial environment and preferable in maintenance / engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Familiar with Lean & TPM tools and technics.

Continuous improvement mindset, safety awareness, quality focus, teamwork, providing solutions, influencing and achievement orientation are critical competencies/skills for superior performance.
